This sounds like an incredible project. The Las Conchas area definetly has the best beach in Peñasco. I can’t wait to see the model. Will you have more than one restaurant??

Our project will have three restaurants when completed. There will be our 5 star restaurant in our 3 story beach club, a sports bar on the ground floor of our double loaded building, and one more themed restaurant in the double loaded building.
The Pointe is to give an owner or visitor the option of not “having” to go to town. If one chooses to stay on site they will have many options for both food and entertainment.
