We would like to show you a new Resort that is now available for rent. It is called Esmeralda Resort. (Please note that Esmeralda is still under construction.)

Esmeralda Resort is working to become the newest, most upscale resort in Rocky Point. The residents will be arranged in 7 seperate clusters, with each having a clear view of the ocean, seen through the clarity of the finest quality emerald stone. Soon, you can choose 1 of 6 passageways leading to the pool and amenities area, or onto the soft sand and to the Sea of Cotez. Eight elevators will be ready to whisk you up to your “Private Paradise”. Upon completion, Esmeralda will offer standard features such as Surround Sound in Living room and Master Suites, Water purification systems, Flat creen 42” Television in living area, Brick Dome (3 minimum) in all units, Celing fans, BBQ Grills and Wet Bars, Terrace railings, and A/C Air handler unit in ceiling for effecieny and noise control. Let’s begin with the Sonoran Sun Resort.

The Sonoran Sun is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, offering beautiful ocean views from every condo. The Sonoran Sun is located minutes from the Reef Restaurant and Piano Bar on Sandy Beach, and only 6 minutes from town, thanks to the new paved road they built in 2006. At the Sonoran Sun, you have a large Pool with Swim-up Bar, Kiddie pool, Gym, Mini Mart, Cable, and a beautiful restaurant called El Catorce (formerly the Adobe). Next, we would like to show you Bella Sirena.

Bella Sirena is a wonderful new resort that has blended Condos with Beach Homes and Villas in an elegant way, adding such features as flowing lush landscape and a beautiful negative edged swimming pool. Bella Sirena also has a 2nd pool with Swim-up bar, Jacuzzi, Gym, and Cable. Next door to Bella Sirena is Las Palmas.

Las Palmas is a wonderful mix of beach Homes and Condominiums. Pinacate Condos are also close to all the action. They are right across from Sunset Cantina and Max’s Cafe, so feel free to walk around and explore the area.
