Sandy Beach

One of the most fun places in Rocky Point, hands down has to be Sandy Beach. Sandy Beach is the back yard to many resorts such as, Sonoran Sun, Princesa de Penasco, Casa Blanca, Bella Sirena, Esmeralda, Las Gaviotas and Sonoran Sky. Sandy Beach is part of the Sea of Cortez. Sandy Beach offers the most beautiful sunsets and activities for your vacation. Sandy Beach is the home to our famous Banana Boats. They are one of the most popular activities sought out by visitors here in Rocky Point. They are very inexpensive to ride. They are like 50 pesos per person, which is about 3.50 usd per person. You can also find water Jet Ski’s for rent all along the beach. They have guys walking back and forth on the beach with life jackets in their hands those are the people in charge of the Jet Ski’s and Banana Boat rentals. I believe the Jet Ski’s are $60.00 U.S.D for a full Hour and $35.00 for half Hour. You can also find a lot of stands all along the beach selling yummy things to eat. The Sea water is at such a comfortable temperature that once you go in its going to be hard to get back out. Visit Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco, Sonora.
